CASA Advocates may be
court-appointed on Dependency & Neglect (D&N) cases to
represent the best interests of an abused or neglected child through
extensive research and objective reports to the court
CASA Domestic
Relations (Custody) Volunteers can be court-appointed for an
initial, neutral, fact-finding investigation and report to the court
on parenting time (visitation) and custody issues in domestic cases.
$200 fee
CASA exchange program
volunteers - neutral and supervised setting to exchange
custody of children in high conflict court cases or non-therapeutic
parenting time sessions provided on a temporary basis. Exchanges and
parenting time may be scheduled between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. on Fridays
and 4:00 and 7:00 on Sundays
$5 fee per exchange and
sliding fee scale for parenting time sessions.
